I will walk you through the process step by step and make sure you leave feeling confident and looking your best. I've heard some horror stories but I assure you our experience will be interactive and extremely informative so you are never left feeling uneasy. PRE/POST WAX INSTRUCTIONS

Must have 3 weeks of growth!
Exfoliate, exfoliate ! In the weeks leading to your appointment I recommend exfoliating 3 times a week and then lightly the day of !
For first timers, try ibuprofen 45-60 minutes before your appointment! Some of my clients apply lidocaine cream 30 minutes prior to their appointment.
After waxing its important to keep it cool calm and collect!
Avoid anything that can clog your pores with sweat or bacteria...
No working out
No pads
No swimming
Its important to exfoliate at least 3 times a week to avoid getting ingrown hairs !
